PAI Directory

PAI Directory

The PAI Directory is a tool designed to increase visibility of postdocs who have been traditionally underrepresented, including racial and ethnic minorities, with search committees for tenure track faculty positions. The PAI Directory allows registrants to make updates to their profile at any time, giving them control of the content and information shared. Each year registrants will indicate if they are still seeking a faculty position and wish to remain in the PAI Directory.

Search committees nationwide can access the PAI Directory to assist in the hiring of tenure track faculty positions. The Directory lists individuals that are interested in being contacted about open positions; this is meant to provide search committees a way to reach out to and connect with eligible potential applicants.

Please note the Big Ten 91ÊÓƵ does not share or distribute job postings.
